We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we offer a free exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available on full-priced items only, within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with the original swing tag still attached. Return postage is at your own expense. To start an exchange, email us at info@puckerup.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Sale Items
Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please choose carefully.

Refunds
We only offer refunds on faulty items. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at info@puckerup.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault.
